Oh my gosh that is beyond beautiful. I am crying. Dogs are so joyful, loving and a gift to all of us. My co-workers and i have the joy and fortune of having Tammy a black lab service dog come to the office with our new colleague Dom. An amazing guy who is fun, smart, and happens to be in a wheelchair. What you did for Gringo is incredible and while you provided him with a wonderful life, my guess is the joy he brought to you and your family is immeasurable. Thanks for sharing.
P.S. We have two pound rescue dogs. :)

2 years ago, we rescued our gorgeous black lab fur-baby, Katy June. Another sad beginning with a happy ending. During our introduction, she walked up to Chris and kissed him on his cheek. She chose him, first, and he chose her forever. A match made in heaven!

I'm so sorry for your loss!

It is so hard to lose someone you love. I feel your loss and admire the beautiful story you told. Thinking of you. Margaret
